Our Vertical Cuttings Dryer (VCD) is an industry-leading fluid recovery system which provides a simplified, streamlined process for the removal of fluid from drill cuttings. With their fluids reduced, the volume and weight of the drill cuttings reduces significantly, allowing for easier, more cost-effective transport and disposal.

Due to the design of our VCD system, we’ve developed a way for our customers to recover significant fluid, while still maintaining mud integrity expectations. More importantly, with our patented closed-loop handling system, the addition of sawdust is unnecessary (outside of minimal clean-up use), as surface section and centrifuge underflow waste can both be stabilized with processed drill cuttings from the VCD.
