   Responsibilities

  • Daily operation and maintenance of excavator

  • Mixing and management of drill cuttings

  • Operation and maintenance of mud vacuum (if on site)

  • Working in tandem with VCD Operator (if on site)

  • Off-loading trucks, moving pipe, pallets, etc.

  • General housekeeping of wellsite and work area

  • Completion of daily FLHA, service reports and time cards

  • Active participation in company Health & Safety Program

  • Submitting requests for parts, supplies and repairs/services

   Requirements

  • Interview priority will be given to applicants with rig experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in excavator operation

  • Basic knowledge of, and willingness to service equipment

  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance; clean Driver's Abstract

  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)

  • Pass required pre-employment testing (alcohol, drug, fit, hearing)

  • Own a smartphone and are comfortable with using it

  • Prior experience with the application SiteDocs is an asset

  • Processing drill cuttings through VCD

  • Assisting with set-up/tear-down of VCD system

  • Working effectively in tandem with excavator operator

  • General housekeeping of wellsite and work area

  • Completion of daily FLHA/time card and recovery reports

  • Active participation in company Health & Safety Program

  • Submission of requests for parts, supplies and repairs/services

   Requirements

  • Own a smartphone and are comfortable with using it for work
